Individuals defined as the relevant person in the Law No.6698 on Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as “Law”) are granted certain rights regarding the processing of their personal data in Article 11 of the Law. Pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 13 of the Law; the applications to be made to Sİ-AR TURİZM VE İNŞAAT ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, in the capacity of the data controller, regarding these rights must be submitted in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (hereinafter referred to as "Board"). Within this framework, the applications to be made to our Company in "written" are printed and sent to us by personal application of the applicant or through a notary public or as signed by the applicant with the "secure electronic signature" as defined in the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070. or by filling the Application Form on our website. In the following, information is given about how the written applications will be delivered to us.

The applications submitted to us will be answered within thirty (30) days from the date the request has been delivered to us using one of the methods specified above, in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 13 of the Law. Our responses will be delivered to the applicant in written or electronic form in accordance with the provision of Article 13 of the relevant Law. In case the request requires an additional cost, a transaction fee of 1 Turkish Lira for each page over ten pages; and the fee that may be requested by the data controller If the answer to the application is given in a recording medium such as CD or flash memory will be requested in a way that does not exceed the cost of the recording medium according to the "Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles for the Data Controller" published by the Board.

5.Descriptions
This application form has been prepared in order to completely determine your relationship with our Company and your personal data processed by our Company, and to respond to your application in a correct manner and within the legal period. Our Company reserves the right to request additional documents and information (copy of identity card or driver's license, etc.) in order to determine the identity and authority, and to eliminate the legal risks that may arise due to illegal and unlawful data sharing, and especially to ensure the protection of your personal data. In the event that the information regarding your request, which you submit in the form is not correct and up-to-date or an unauthorized application is made, our company does not accept any liability for requests arising from such false information or unauthorized application. Your personal data shared in this form will be processed in a limited way for the purposes of evaluating, concluding your request under the Law, managing the entire process and communicating with you for these purposes. Depending on the nature of the request, your request may be transferred to our lawyers, our business partners and service providers who provide services in the fields of complaint management, quality control, audit and risk analysis, legally authorized public institutions and private persons.
